Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Mathematics Tutor (Contractor) to join our instructional team. In this role, you will be the face of The Future Frenchie, delivering high-quality, interactive lessons to students across various levels. You won’t just be teaching; you will be an architect of learning, adapting our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student while maintaining our high standards of excellence. This is a remote, flexible position perfect for a tech-savvy educator who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Live Instruction: Lead 1-on-1 or small group virtual sessions, ensuring high levels of student participation and energy.
Curriculum Adaptation and Personalization: Tailor existing lesson plans to align with individual student goals, such as adjusting a standard lesson to focus on a student’s specific interest in Computers, Gaming, Quiz or Python
Provide Actionable Feedback: Deliver detailed, constructive post-session reports within 24 hours that highlight student wins and specific areas for improvement, embodying our value of Growth.
Collaborative Pedagogy: Participate in monthly "Teaching Circles" with our internal team to share best practices, discuss student challenges, and foster a spirit of Teamwork.
Progress Tracking and Accountability: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, curriculum completion, and assessment scores using provided technology.
Technical Troubleshooting: Demonstrate Adaptability by managing virtual classroom tools effectively and guiding students through minor technical hurdles during a session.
Uphold Professional Excellence: Represent the company with Integrity by arriving prepared, starting sessions on time, and maintaining a professional, respectful learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Instructional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a digital or remote environment.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency with Zoom and Online learning management systems (LMS).
Growth Mindset: A proven track record of seeking out and implementing feedback to improve your teaching practice.

You are not available to work evenings or weekends (Saturdays)
You do not have a stable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace for video calls.
You are uncomfortable using new technology or adapting your teaching style to meet company standards.
You lack the punctuality and accountability required to manage a remote schedule without constant supervision.
